MY PROJECTS
Dashboard & Data Pipeline Transformation
I led the design and implementation of a centralised analytics dashboard that provided real-time visibility into key business metrics across revenue, advertising performance, and profitability. This initiative transformed fragmented reporting into a self-serve platform, empowering 100+ stakeholders to access actionable insights without manual intervention.
As part of this project, I refreshed and optimised our data pipelines, improving processing speeds by 93% and ensuring data accuracy across multiple sources (Amazon, internal systems, and third-party APIs). By leveraging BigQuery, Looker, and automated ETL processes, I reduced reporting lag from days to hours and created a scalable foundation for future analytics initiatives.
Impact:
Improved reporting efficiency by 80% (8h → 30m processing).
Delivered a single source of truth for revenue, ad spend, and profitability data.
Increased self-serve analytics adoption across departments, reducing ad hoc data requests.
Process Automation & Knowledge System Overhaul
I led the end-to-end design of a centralized process and knowledge management system, streamlining company-wide workflows and making critical information instantly searchable. This project involved mapping existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing standardized, automated workflows that improved cross-team collaboration.
By integrating ClickUp for project management and implementing an AI-powered intranet, I eliminated duplicate documentation, reduced onboarding time, and created a single source of truth for all operational processes.
Impact:
Reduced time spent searching for information by 40%.
Standardized processes across departments, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
Enabled faster onboarding for new team members with centralized, accessible documentation.
Maximizing Social Impact: Multibank Expansion Strategy
I conducted a data-driven expansion strategy for the Wigan Multibank to improve access to donated goods for the UK’s most deprived communities. By analyzing deprivation data, catchment areas, and logistics costs, I recommended targeted expansion into Salford and St. Helens, increasing reach by up to 29bps of UK deprived households and delivering an estimated £3.1M annual net benefit with a 4.88x Social Return on Investment (SROI).
Additionally, I identified Middlesbrough as the optimal location for a new North East multibank, balancing deprivation coverage, logistics efficiency, and growth potential, expanding coverage by an additional 0.5% of UK deprived households.
Impact:
Identified expansion strategies to increase coverage to 2.36% of UK deprived households.
Projected £7.5M total annual social benefit from dual expansion.
Built a cost-benefit model balancing SROI, van utilization, and operational reach.
